For Monthly Dues Memberships: Installment Members and Open-Ended Members:

  • Your account must be current
  • Be sure to list the full name(s) of all member accounts that need to be frozen
  • Please allow five business days for your freeze request to be processed
  • A $15.00 Freeze fee will be billed to your membership account at the time your freeze is processed
  • You may freeze your account for any reason
  • An account can be frozen for a minimum of one month. An account may not be frozen for more than three months in a one-year period unless preapproved by management
  • Your monthly membership dues billing will be suspended for the duration of your freeze
  • Your billing will automatically resume once the predetermined freeze period has ended
  • Any suspended payments will be added to your original Initial Term, extending your term for the length of the freeze (Installment members only)
  • If a member requests cancellation while their account is frozen, the freeze will be removed, and the cancellation will be processed with the thirty-day notice beginning on the date of the cancellation request

For Cash/Paid in full Members:

  • Please allow five business days for your freeze request to be processed
  • Be sure to list the full name(s) of all member accounts that need to be frozen
  • A $15.00 Freeze fee will be billed to your membership account at the time your freeze is processed

  • First and last name(s) of all members whose accounts need to be cancelled.

  • Reason for cancellation

If you are month-to-month/out of contract:
All memberships require a thirty-day written notice to cancel and your account must be current. You will be billed a prorated amount based on when you submit your thirty-day notice and when your billing date falls. If your account is frozen, the freeze will removed, and the cancellation will be processed normally.

If you are still under contract:
All memberships require a thirty-day written notice to cancel and your account must be current. If your account is frozen, the freeze will removed, and the cancellation will be processed provided the following conditions are met.

  • Supporting documentation is required to verify relocation, illness or injury, or military relocation/deployment:
    • For cancellation due to relocation, please submit proof of new address(a copy of a new lease agreement, new utility bill, recently issued driver’s license/ID, or job offer letter — something “official” proving you are relocating; not hand-written or self-generated). A $50 early termination fee applies and will be charged to your account along with your final dues.
    • For cancellation due to medical reasons, please submit a doctor’s note stating that you are no longer able to use the facility. The $50.00 Early Termination Fee will be waived.
    • For cancellation due to military relocation/deployment, please submit a copy of your military orders. The $50.00 Early Termination Fee will be waived.

Our Gold’s Gym personal training programs are meticulously designed to give you the tools and insights to attain your fitness aspirations. As each exercise session might necessitate distinct stimuli, the frequency and nature of your engagement are adaptable. You can coordinate with our coaches for multiple weekly sessions, bi-weekly meetings, or even monthly consultations. This customized approach accommodates your objectives and requirements, balancing stimulating your body and ensuring adequate recovery. Your training frequency preference is entirely at your discretion. Sessions are offered in both 30-minute and 60-minute durations, with 30-minute sessions priced at a maximum of $60 and 60-minute sessions at a maximum of $90.

Rest assured, our approach is tailored to suit your schedule. Your sessions will be organized with a coach who aligns with your availability and fitness objectives. The flexibility to adjust session times is a hallmark of our offerings, with many coaches accommodating variations throughout the week. By structuring a weekly plan, you’ll gain insights into your training regimen, allowing you to stay on track even during periods when your coach isn’t present. This consistency and dedicated effort paved the way for a healthier and transformed you. If you’re accustomed to weekly training, you can seamlessly integrate the missed session into a future training week if you miss a week due to travel or other commitments.

Every coaching team member holds certification from nationally recognized bodies such as NSCA, ACSM, NPTI, ACE, ISSA, and AFPA. Our fitness manager, Chris Plourd, has a master’s in exercise physiology and performance. Each team member is dedicated to educating you on enhancing your movement and designing an effective workout routine.

Our coaches’ schedules vary, offering flexibility to meet your needs. To schedule a session with a specific coach, refer to our personal trainer bio page and utilize the provided QR Code. Once scanned, the selected coach will respond within 24-48 hours to discuss how best to assist you in achieving your fitness objectives.

Not at all! All our group classes (GGX) are on first come, first serve basis. Just remember to bring your water bottle.

Yes! GGX classes are inclusive and welcoming to beginners. We offer a variety of classes suitable for all levels, including those new to exercise. No prior fitness experience is required. Our instructors, teachers, and trainers are experienced in guiding beginners through workouts, providing modifications and support as needed.
